General Terms and Conditions applicable to La Closerie Saint Martin
1. The price of our rooms is based on two people per room. The rate for a single person will be reduced by €10. Breakfast is included.
2. The house is non-smoking (smoking is permitted in the courtyard).
3. The reservation becomes effective once the guest has sent the owners a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay, with a minimum of one night per room requested, and a signed copy of the contract (duly completed).
4. The remaining balance of the stay must be paid upon departure, unless otherwise agreed.
5. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the originally reserved period is due in full to the owners – if not already paid – or retained by the owners – if already paid.
6. In the event of cancellation less than thirty days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the owners.
7. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM, unless otherwise agreed. Therefore, please let us know your arrival time. This allows us to provide a warm welcome to each of our guests. If you wish to leave your luggage before 4:00 PM, please inform us.
8. Our guests must respect the peaceful nature of the property and use it in accordance with its intended purpose. No meals will be served in the rooms, and they must not be used as picnic areas under any circumstances. Our guests agree to leave the rooms in good condition.
9. This contract is established for a specific number of people. The owners reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional person. This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered a modification or breach of contract initiated by the owners, therefore no refund of the deposit can be requested.
10. We reserve the right to assign you a room other than your choice for short stays (one or two nights), if our schedule requires it. We assure you, of course, that we will respect your preferences whenever possible.
11. Your data, especially your email address, will only be used in connection with your reservation and is never shared or sold to third parties.
